Laguna Agate Wrapping Paper
£2.00
This beautiful abstract pattern comes from a specimen of Laguna agate in the Natural History Museum, London.
Laguna agate is the most highly prized banded agate, found in Chihuahua, Mexico. Agate is form of quartz, slowly deposited in layers in the cavities of volcanic rocks. They are unremarkable looking rocks on the outside but the insides reveal exquisite bands of colour and sometimes magical geodes with their hollow centres encrusted with crystals.
All wrapping paper is supplied rolled in a strong postage tube to avoid creases and folds.
